is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Fine Arts and has taught music and directed choirs since 1989. In her spare time, she co-directs a Sweet Adeline chorus and sings lead in a competing quartet. Mrs. Sauer enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, and her two children, Haylee (a senior at GHS) and Tristan (an eighth grader at KMS).
"The woman behind the piano - Robart a crucial part of Glacier music department" quotes the Daily Interlake - and that she is! Her professional background as a lawyer and a nonprofit manager - and even her college training as a musician and music educator- didn't completely prepare Nina Robart for her current position as accompanist and general music aide for Flathead and Glacier High Schools. Robart, the woman often heard playing flawless accompaniments for the choirs and orchestras at both Kalispell high schools, is responsible for more than what people see on stage. We love Nina and recently celebrated "Nina Appreciation Day." Thanks for all you do!
